Shipping policy

We aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible! If you need your order sooner, we recommend using the Express Post service.  For up to date information, please visit click here. 

Standard Post 

The standard delivery charge for all orders within Australia is $9.99, regardless of size and weight. Orders over $149 are posted free of charge. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched and your tracking number and details (if applicable).

Delivery times within Australia for standard post is between 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery area. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched, although on most occasions, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Express Post 

We aim to prioritise Express post orders. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched, although on most occasions, orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched and your tracking number and details.

Signature on delivery 

All orders are sent with tracked postage, with the option of adding signature on delivery available at the checkout.  Please note we will not be held responsible for items left in a safe location by Australia Post. Should you require a signature on delivery, please ensure you select this option when choosing your shipping method. This service incurs an added cost of $2.95. 

International Shipping

International Shipping is available in selective zones. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched, although on most occasions, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping showing as unavailable to your area? Send us a message and we’ll set it up for you!

CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from our Brisbane Warehouse, which is located at 5/233 Evans Road Salisbury, 4107. 

Pick up times are typically Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm, or via appointment. 

You will receive an email notifying you of when your order will be ready for collection.
