If you need to exchange or return an item, we'll work with you to get it sorted and we will gladly offer an exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item/s must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all hang tags or packaging attached for an exchange or store credit to be honoured. The goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange, or credit for products that do not meet these requirements.

 Every endeavour is made to keep product information complete and correct on the product listings. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the product descriptions, and ensure the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements.Ie

Please note that there are items that are not eligible for a return due to safety and hygiene. These categories include pacifiers, bottles, teethers, or breast pumps or accessories. 

How to return:

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@thethriftymumma.com.au. Once the return has been authorised, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging items, unless items are deemed faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please note that we may need to need to consult our product suppliers for support and assistance regarding product queries regarding faults and damages.  

Refunds/Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If you wish to exchange the sizing or style, simply let us know when submit your return request. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Any additional charges associated with item styles or sizing will show in the checkout. Should you prefer to receive store credit, it will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card. The store credit is valid for 3 years after the date of issue. Plenty of time to shop!

 Order Cancellation: 

Please check your order carefully before checking out. However we are happy to help if you need to change order details. Contact us here, or respond to your order confirmation email ASAP. Due to our fast dispatch times, we can't guarantee that your order can be cancelled, changed, or amended.

Please note you may be charged a cancellation fee. This cost is made up of the cost of our transaction and/or currency fees.

 All items on our website are accompanied by detailed information including their dimensions. Please take care to consider whether the specific product is right for you before confirming your order. Every endeavor is made to represent our products as accurately as possible, However, actual colours and prints may vary slightly due to product manufacturing changes, as well as imagery being viewed on different screens.
