We ship daily from our Brisbane Warehouse in Salisbury.
We have all items available and ready to ship. We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours via standard Australia Post delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within Australia. Please note we do prioritise Express Post orders.
Once your order is shipped, you'll get a confirmation email which will include the tracking number for the shipping method you selected.
We sure do! Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout after you provide address details.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. Any taxes or duties incurred for your delivery are at your expense and will not be covered.
LOCAL PICK UP
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Brisbane Warehouse, which is located at 5/233 Evans Road Salisbury, 4107.
Pick up times are typically Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm, or via appointment. Weekend pick ups can be organised in advance.
You will receive an email notifying you of when your order will be ready for collection.
All our stock is on site, and is usually ready to pick up with in hour. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready for collection.
We are open Monday-Friday 10am - 2pm for Click & Collect orders. However, we can be flexible with pick up times if needed. Weekend pick up can also be organised in advanced. Please note we are a family run business, and whilst we aim to provide flexible hours, we can't guarantee availability short notice for after hours collection.
At this stage, we are not open to the public. All orders will need to be placed online, and can be collected during our pick up hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
