 Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Absolutely! Feel free to leave a note in the checkout instructions if your item is being sent as a gift, and if you'd like to include a personalised message too!

We also offer the upgrade of sending your items in a gift box & a handwritten gift card for only $5 Learn more about our gift service here.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Brisbane Warehouse, which is located at 5/233 Evans Road Salisbury, 4107. Please note our warehouse space is a new build, and may not appear clearly on Google Maps.
Access to our warehouse is via the driveway next to Laurence & Hanson on McCarthy Road.

Pick up times are typically Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm, or via appointment. Weekend pick ups can be organised in advance. 

You will receive an email notifying you of when your order will be ready for collection. 

 Can I come in and browse at the warehouse?

Unfortunately we are not open to the public at this stage. You are welcome to place your order online, and pick it up from us during our collection hours.

When will I receive my order?

We have all items available and ready to ship. We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours via standard Australia Post delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within Australia. 

I placed an order, why haven't received my confirmation email yet?

Check your junk/spam email folder, in case it's there! If you haven't received your confirmation, please email contact@thethriftymumma.com.au or you can use the live chat option.

GIFT REGISTRY FAQ's

How can I purchase products off someone else registry?

You can easily purchase the products from someone's registry by searching their name in our Gift Registry. Simply find their registry and choose from their selection of products. 

Will they know what I have purchased?

Nope! The registry owner only see when an item has been taken off their list, not who purchased it. 

Can I have the gift sent to me? Or does it go to the registry owner?

You have the option of choosing where to send your gift. The registry owner may choose to provide their address so it can be sent straight to them, if this is the case, their address will be automatically applied at checkout. 

Why aren't the registry owners shipping details showing up when I checkout?

You need to ensure you are entering the checkout from the original registry page. Once you have select your registry items, you need to click the blue Update Cart/ Checkout Button at the bottom of the registry. This will then take you to the checkout, with the pre-filled shipping details (if the registry creator has provided them).
