You made have heard of the term TOG when it comes to your babies sleepwear. But what does it actually mean?
TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade' and is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding. In simple terms, a lower TOG rating means lighter fabric, while a higher TOG rating means more padding and insulation. The key is choosing the right TOG based on the temperature of your babyâs sleep environment.
